Our story

The story of how NMTI Contractors was founded

We founded NMTI in 2016 with the vision to build incredible bulidings and homes throughout Massachusetts. We wanted to take our backgrounds in construction, siding, interior, exterior renovations, architectural design, civil and structural engineering and put them to use. Since 2016 we have continued to break our threshold of creativity and master our craft of residential and commercial construction.

Ramon Perdomo

President

Ramon has over 30 years of experience in the construction field. Beginning his career as a master roofer in Houston, Ramon has gone on to become a project manager as well as a construction company owner. Currently, Ramon is the Co-owner and President of NMTI General Contractors. His primary goal is to ensure that each project is done in a professional manner and exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Juan Carcamo

Lead Project Manager, CFO

Juan has 24 years of experience in complete residential and commercial construction. He is founder of NMTI General Contractors, and current lead project manager and CFO. He is a US Army Veteran, and part of the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Wilson Perdomo

Field Supervisor

Wilson has 18 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. He is a master safety controller, and master in building exterior home envelopes, such as roofing, and siding.
